Rules of Use | Gaslamp Skyport

1. Who runs the skyport

These terms govern your use of gaslampskyport.com ("Gaslamp Skyport", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of gaslampskyport.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may ride up to the skyport

Only users aged 18 or over may use Gaslamp Skyport, and by using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The skyport’s coins

All play uses virtual coins that we supply free of charge.
Coins carry no monetary value. They are not money, nor credit, nor anybody’s property.
You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. The site has no in-app purchases.
No prize of any real-world value is offered anywhere over Vespercombe.
We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features aboard at any time.

4. No real-money gambling over Vespercombe

There is no real-money gambling offered or promoted on Gaslamp Skyport, and it does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your skyport account

Foreshore Hullhouse and Undercog Boilerhall require a free account. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
Keep your password private; if someone else has used your account, tell the harbour office at once.
Your account can be deleted at any moment from your account page. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
An account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18, may be suspended by us.
Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account; they are not your property, and they may be reset.

6. Conduct aboard the skyport

Do not try to disrupt the site or turn automated tools on it, do not offer to trade coins, and do not let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Service aboard, and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law forbids us to limit, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs the skyport

Vespercombe may be imaginary, yet these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
